In order to better serve you, we will need to gather some basic information. At the end of the first series of questions,
you will have the opportunity to provide more indepth information about your project. The information you provide in each
section will better enable us to make a more accurate assessment of the scope of your project and will assist in the planning process.
You do not have to answer all of the questions at once. If you do not know the answer to a question or do not wish to provide an
answer at this time you may simply skip the question or section. However, all questions will eventually need to be answered at some point
in the planning or development process. You may save your session and return at any time. To initiate your fact finding session please
